Order Information:

• Upon receiving your order, a confirmation email will be automatically sent to your email address. If you have not received a confirmation email, your order may not have come through. Please call our office during business hours to check.

• Please note that whilst we are an online store, we have normal business hours of 9.00am - 5.00pm AEST.

Despatch of orders:

• All orders are shipped within 24 hours of receiving. Please note that during busy Christmas Season, order shipping will be within 24-48 hours.* Special instructions are welcome and if your order is required for a specific date, our team will do their best to get it there on the day you have requested.
• Our team will check all orders, and work within Australia Post or courier guidelines. Please note that there is no delivery on weekends.
• There is no Sunday/or Public Holiday delivery anywhere in Australia.

* Please note orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or public holidays will be shipped the next business working day. For e.g. If you place your order for delivery to Brisbane on Friday at 4.00pm, your order will be despatched on Monday for delivery Tuesday (Brisbane metro)

Incorrect Information:

• Please check carefully the order information you enter on the order form. Incorrect information can lead to your order being delayed
• If your gift is returned and needs to be re-directed or re-delivered, an additonal delivery fee maybe incurred for re-shipping.

Overseas Customers:

• A note for our customers ordering from overseas: Australia is a large area space and many cities are far away from each other.
• If you’re not sure how long a gift will take or for delivery please contact our customer service and we can give you assistance on how long it will take to arrive.

Christmas Orders:

• Orders for Christmas gifts that need to arrive to your recipient for Christmas Day will be shipped prior to Christmas.
• A Christmas order to be delivered to the person ordering it can be shipped within 24-48 hours of receiving. If we are unsure we will call the person who ordered to check.
• We will allow a reccommended time frame by Australia Post for it to arrive.
• Please note that couriers are extra busy during this time perod and we will do all we can to ensure a pre Christmas delivery.
• Order Early to avoid disappointment

Product information:

• All items advertised on Jasmine's Fairy Shop are in stock unless otherwise stated. If there is a stock issue with anything you have ordered one of our friendly team will give you a call.

Postage & Delivery

• Please note that orders must be paid in full prior to shipping
• Free delivery is for areas within Australian states up to the value of $20.00.
• If a delivery to a remote country area incurs a cost higher than $20.00, the balance may be required prior to shipping.
• Fairy Jasmine delivers anywhere within Australia.
• All items that are in stock will be shipped within 24 hours of your order placed and paid
• If a selected item is not currently in stock you will be contacted within 24 hours and notified of the expected delivery date.
• Please note that delivery time frames are not possible
• If you are not home, a calling card will be left and your gift will need to be collected from your nearest Post Office.

Postage & Handling:

• 'Free Delivery' is advertised for orders shipped to cities within Australia
• If courier advises that destination chosen incurs an extra cost due to location, this charge will be passed on to the customer
• Jasmines fairy Shop chooses the appropriate courier for your destination
• For an express delivery via Australia Post, Please allow an extra $9.95 for Australia- Express Post
